Return Process

  Contact our compassionate support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused urn in its original protective felt bag and inner padding to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the original outer carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
